Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Orzo:
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and lightly golden.
