Maple Bacon Crack

  • 1 lb sliced bacon
  • 1 package (about 8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the crescent roll dough flat on the parchment, pinching together any seams.
  3. Evenly spread half of the maple syrup on the dough, then layer the bacon slices on top.
  4. Drizzle the remaining maple syrup over the bacon, then evenly sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the dough is golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces and serving.
