Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem to allow it to sit flat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, turmeric, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and use a brush to coat it evenly with the spice mixture.
- Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
