Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Transform your dinner with this Golden & Spiced Whole Roasted Cauliflower! Perfectly seasoned for a deliciously healthy side. 😋🌿

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem to allow it to sit flat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, turmeric, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and use a brush to coat it evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 10-20 minutes or until the surface is golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
